Gifts of Publicly Traded United States stock that you have owned for more than a year, and that have grown in value above what you originally paid for them, make effective gifts.

Notification Instructions

Prior to transferring the securities, and at least one day in advance of the transfer of securities, please provide us with the following information by Phone
(  800-288-7155,  ext. 3288), or E-mail (philanthropy@csps.com):

• Donor’s name, address, and phone number
• Name and number of securities transferred
• Broker contact information
• The date you plan to transfer the securities
• Fund they want to contribute to, if known
